Best use of FastStats 2009 Award


The deadline for entries has now passed!

  • At this year's FastStats User Group Conference we will be announcing the winner of the "Best use of FastStats 2009" award. 
  • The winner will receive Kirker Holidays vouchers for a weekend for two in Paris, including two nights accommodation at a 4* Superior hotel, travel by first class Leisure Select Eurostar and transfers.
  • The aim of this new award is to recognise and celebrate the effective use of FastStats to drive marketing activities and reward the user who has delivered measurable benefits to their organisation as a result.

What are the judges looking for? 

  • Effective use of the FastStats software suite
  • Creative application of the software to meet business and marketing objectives
  • Details of how an innovative marketing strategy was conceived or developed utilising FastStats
  • Measurable improvements to the customer experience, campaign performance or marketing processes
  • Contribution to commercial success and return on marketing expenditure


Entry criteria

  • All entries must be based on projects that have been carried out using licensed FastStats software from Apteco Ltd over the past 12 months.
  • All entrants must hold an up to date FastStats software licence that is valid on the 6th November 2009 when the winner is announced.  
  • Only one entry can be made per FastStats system.
  • Entries may be submitted directly from an end client or their FastStats reseller.


Submission guidelines & word limit

  • The "Best use of FastStats 2009" entry form must be completed and emailed to info@apteco.com by 5pm on Friday 9th October. Please contact Melanie Davis on 01926 407565 if you have any queries, or if you haven't received an email confirming receipt of your submission within 2 working days.
  • Part 3 of the completed form must contain no more than 2000 words.
  • Support materials such as charts, graphs, visualisations and reports can be inserted into the entry form or attached to your submission email. Any text explaining or referencing the support materials must appear in part 3 of your entry form and will count towards the 2000 word limit. 


Confidentiality

  • Selected entries will be published on the Apteco website. 
  • Any sensitive or financial information must be identified on the entry form by highlighting it in red text. This information will not be published on the Apteco website.
  • All material submitted will remain confidential to the judges.


Authorisation

  • By submitting an entry on behalf of your company or a client you are confirming that you have received authorisation to do so. 


Award presentation & prizes

  • The winning entry will be announced at the FastStats User Group Conference on Friday 6th November 2009, at Ragley Hall in Alcester, Warwickshire.
  • The author of the winning entry will win the Kirker Holidays vouchers. If more than one person is responsible for the entry then this must be stated on the entry form and the vouchers will be divided equally between a maximum of two people. No cash alternative is available.
  • Five runners up will each receive a bottle of Champagne.
  • The decision made by the judges is final.
