FastStats User Group Conference 2009
The 2009 FastStats User Group Conference was held on Friday 6th November at Ragley Hall in Alcester, Warwickshire. The conference offered an ideal opportunity for delegates to learn more about FastStats and Apteco's future development plans for the software. This exclusive one day event was free of charge to Apteco partners and their FastStats clients.

The main conference was held in The Great Hall with its stunning baroque plasterwork designed by James Gibbs in 1750. Ragley Hall is surrounded by 27 acres of formal gardens and the estate extends to 6500 acres of farmland and woodland.

- Overview of the latest new product developments from Apteco's Managing Director, James Alty.
Argos case study - Joint presentation from Grant Baillie, Customer Retention Manager at Argos and FastStats partner Planning-inc. This case study demonstrated how the Argos digital SCV and their FastStats database helps them understand customer behaviour for driving targeted, profitable email campaigns.
Presentation from David Pool and Tony English at Site Intelligence. Delegates learned how to derive maximum business value from complex, high-growth, transactional websites and build a multi-channel data rich environment using Site Intelligence's web analytic solutions with FastStats.
Npower case study on driving strategy through campaign response analysis. Joint presentation from Laura DuPont, National Sales Channel Marketing Manager at Npower and their FastStats partner Callcredit Marketing Solutions.
- The afternoon session included a selection of focus groups for delegates to choose from. Demonstrations of the latest FastStats software features followed by Q&A sessions were led by members of the FastStats development team.


- Delegates also enjoyed tours of the state rooms and a few lucky competition winners got to try their hand at Reverse Steer Driving in Ragley Hall's magnificent grounds.
