- Business Development and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a high quality individual to work within our Business Development Team, supporting partners in their efforts to sell Apteco’s software. The successful candidate will be required to make a significant contribution to developing relationships between Apteco’s existing and potential partners, users and suppliers. After comprehensive training you will attend meetings with partners and prospective customers and be able to discuss our products and commercial approach with confidence. You will be expected to contribute to and execute marketing communications and assist in planning, organising and executing events including trade shows and our annual user conference.
You will need to be a bright, self-motivated, honest graduate who is flexible and able to work alone or within a team. An aptitude for understanding software environments and a qualification from the IDM or CIM would be an advantage, however our existing world class team will provide training and guidance throughout the role. We are seeking a high quality graduate ideally with database knowledge to join our existing training team. You will be based in Warwick, but occasionally will be required to train at client sites nationwide. You will require good customer communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the company’s computer software programs (full training and support will be given for this).
You will be expected to contribute to documentation, testing and customer support work when not directly involved in training or training development. You will need to be bright, self-motivated, flexible and able to represent Apteco well while undertaking training activities with clients. You will be working primarily on new modules within our multi-tier client-server application development projects. You will be using Visual Studio, C#, .Net, WPF, SQL, Web Services, etc. and will be required to produce high performance, high quality code.
