- Our support and consultancy team prides itself on being the most responsive and professional in the industry.
- With a combined service of over 33 years our consultants provide a wealth of experience to FastStats partners and clients. They offer advice on general issues, such as how to get the most out of your FastStats software package, through to solving technical problems arising during new system installations and upgrades. They also advise on database design and system performance.

Support desk
- Our support desk is manned 9am to 6pm GMT, Monday to Friday, excluding English bank holidays. All incoming enquiries are given a support ID and priority level and you are allocated an Apteco support consultant who will liaise with you until the issue has been resolved.
- In order to get you back up and running as quickly as possible we utilise web conferencing facilities to watch the issue as it appears on your screen to gain valuable information as to the cause of the problem.

Support forum & knowledge base (coming soon)
- All FastStats users are given access to our support forum which allows you to post comments and share tips on using our software. We are currently developing a knowledge base which will be available to our partners and customers in 2012.
- Using the support forum you can access the latest software downloads, training manuals and white papers, or get involved in the development of FastStats by adding a wish to the Wish List forum.
