• Our support and consultancy team prides itself on being the most responsive and professional in the industry. In a recent survey of FastStats users* 75% of respondents said that the support they receive is excellent, professional and fast, with over 95% of users in total commenting positively on the support they are given.
• With a combined service of over 32 years our consultants provide a wealth of experience to FastStats partners and clients. They offer advice on general issues, such as how to get the most out of your FastStats software package, through to solving technical problems arising during new system installations and upgrades and advising on database design.

Support desk

• Our support desk is manned 9am to 6pm GMT, Monday to Friday, excluding English bank holidays. All incoming enquiries are given a support ID and priority level and you are allocated an Apteco support consultant who will liaise with you until the issue has been resolved.
• In order to get you back up and running as quickly as possible we utilise web conferencing facilities to watch the issue as it appears on your screen to gain valuable information as to the cause of the problem.

Support forum

• All FastStats users are given access to our support forum which allows you to post comments and share tips on using our software.
