Course overview

This course introduces users to dashboards and audiences functionality in the Orbit marketing platform. Learn how to create and explore your visualisations to identify key insights and analyse and interrogate your data with filters and drill-downs in dashboards. We'll create targeted audience lists, either directly from your dashboards, or manually by using standard inclusions and exclusions with 'and/or/not' logic. We'll make use of interactive visualisations and workbook tools to examine and understand your customers and their transactional behaviour and find lookalikes.
