Support desk opening hours
9.00am - 6.00pm GMT or BST Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. All incoming enquiries are given a support ID and priority level before being allocated to an Apteco support consultant who will manage your issue. Our team uses web conferencing facilities to watch the issue as it appears on your screen. By doing so, we cut time to resolution significantly so you can get back to full productivity as quickly as possible.
FastStats® partners can login at the top of the page to get support now. If you have purchased FastStats® via one of our partners, please refer to them for help in the first instance.
Exclusive login area and knowledge base
All trained FastStats® users and partners get instant access to our exclusive customer and partner areas (login at the top of this page). Partners should email firstname.lastname@example.org to request access and customers should direct their request via their partner. The exclusive area gives you access to the latest software downloads, training manuals and knowledge base. Why not get involved in FastStats® development by sending us your software feature requests via our Wish List form?
Software release information
Apteco releases four updates to the FastStats® platform every year, resolving known software issues and adding additional functionality as requested by our customers. With each update, we produce full documentation of improvements and corrections to help you understand the benefits of the package and decide whether to apply it to your FastStats® installation. The software release information is posted on the Apteco website.
FastStats® updates are entirely optional, although they are cumulative; every previous update and enhancement is rolled forward into the next release. The Apteco team can also offer immediate bug fixes and tailored fixes. You’ll find our releases in the User Area.
Sending your data
On occasion, you may need to send the Apteco support team a copy of some or all of your marketing data to allow for troubleshooting and analysis. Your support advisor will tell you whether this is necessary, and create an FTP account for transferring the data.
In this situation we strongly advise you secure marketing data from theft or interception by encrypting it before transmission. To secure marketing data sets before uploading, download the Apteco Open PGP Public Key here.
(Right-click on the link and select 'Save link as...', saving the file as 'Apteco.asc'). e.g. If you need help or advice on securing your data, please don’t hesitate to ask your support agent.
