Amazon Web Services
Service: Customer data that has been uploaded to Apteco Cloud for trial and production work. Customer data that has been uploaded to Apteco demonstration systems for examples and proof of concept work.
Business name and address: Amazon Web Services Inc, 410 Terry Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109-5210, USA.
Location of processing: Data processing is conducted within the AWS Network EU Regions.
Transfer mechanism: Transfer is conducted between the UK and EU.
Service: Provide screen sharing via GoToAssist and GoToMeeting technology used by Apteco for the provision of technical support.
Business name and address: LogMeIn Technologies UK Limited, Ramillies Buildings, 1-9 Hills Place, Westminster, London, W1F 7SA United Kingdom.
Location of processing: EU, UK and USA.
Transfer mechanism: Standard Contractual Clauses.
NB: LogMeIn Inc and its US Affiliates self-certify to and comply with the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Frameworks. However, the contract has reverted to the Standard Contractual Clauses as a result of the European Court of Justice decision on 16th July 2020 that the Privacy Shield is not sufficient to protect EU citizen’s data privacy rights. Apteco has reviewed the contract position and accepted the reversion to Standard Contractual Clauses is appropriate for our needs and the protection of any personal data we process on LogMeIn systems as part of our software support services.

Service: Provide file storage and sharing service of customer data samples for the provision of technical support.
Business name and address: Interactive Web Solutions Limited, 10 Parker Court, Dyson Way, Staffordshire Technology Park, Stafford, ST18 0WP.
Location of processing: Personal data processing is conducted within the European Economic Area (EEA) and not transferred outside the EEA.
Transfer mechanism: Transfer is conducted within the EU.
