Amazon Web Services

Service: Provision of cloud infrastructure and monitoring.

Data: Customer data that has been uploaded to Apteco Cloud for trial and production work. Customer data that has been uploaded to Apteco demonstration systems for examples and proof of concept work.

Location of processing: Data processing is conducted within the AWS Network EU Regions.

Transfer mechanism: Transfer is conducted between the UK and EU under adequacy agreements.

Mailjet SAS

Service: Provide email and SMS services integrated into Apteco software.

Data: End user client and contact data including recipient email addresses and content personalisation data.

Business name and address: Mailjet SAS, 4 rue Jules Lefebvre, Paris, Île de France 75009.

Location of processing: Rack­space (AWS) Germany.

Transfer mechanism: Standard data protection clauses. See mailjet.com/legal/dpa 

iWeb FTP

Service: Provide file storage and sharing service.

Data: Customer data samples including log files for the provision of technical support.

Business name and address: Interactive Web Solutions Limited, 10 Parker Court, Dyson Way, Staffordshire Technology Park, Stafford, ST18 0WP.

Location of processing: Personal data processing is conducted within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Transfer mechanism: Transfer is conducted between the UK and EU under adequacy agreements.

Zoho Corporation Limited

Service: Provision of technical support ticketing service.

Data: User account details and end user client data.

Location of processing: Personal data processing is conducted within the European Economic Area (EEA).
