For one day only, join us in person at the BFI Southbank for a blockbuster event packed with exclusive previews, star performances, and behind-the-scenes insights into the future of data-driven marketing. From the opening credits to the final scene, you’ll experience:

Please note: Apteco Live 2025 will be an in-person only event. There will be no online streaming available this year, so we encourage all delegates to join us at the BFI Southbank in London to experience the full day live. Selected sessions will be recorded and shared after the event.

🎟️ Important booking information*

To be part of Apteco Live 2025 at the BFI Southbank, booking is essential. All seats must be reserved through our official Eventbrite page, and we’re committed to making sure places are shared fairly between our valued partners and clients.

To keep things balanced, each organisation can book up to five in-person tickets. Seats will be released on a first-come, first-served basis – so when registration opens, be ready to grab your spot early!

📩 Invitations have been sent to our partners and direct customers, along with the event password and access codes to unlock registration. If you license Apteco software via a partner then please contact them for the details.

Please note: all attendees must hold a valid Apteco software licence at the time of the event (with the exception of special guests). If demand exceeds capacity, we’ll operate a waiting list to give everyone a fair shot at joining the action.

Our keynote speaker - Daniel Hulme

Rethinking AI and how agents impact business and humanity

Working in academia, the public and private sectors, Daniel is a globally recognised expert in Artificial Intelligence as well as its applications and the social, commercial, economic, and ethical implications. In a world where many believe access to more and more data will lead to ever better decision-making, he looks at what AI really is, as well as identifying the current and future challenges and opportunities for agentic. Daniel provides a radical new framework for thinking about AI and discusses how organisations can practically adopt these AI and agentic technologies and avoid being seduced by the hype. He argues that whilst these technologies are incredible at creating growth and streamlining operations, for companies to stay innovative they need to augment AI and agents to unlock the creative capacity of their workforce. Daniel also covers the macro impact these technologies may have on business and humanity over the coming decades.

More about Daniel...
Dr. Daniel Hulme is the CEO of Satalia, an award-winning AI company that was acquired by the world's largest marketing company in 2021, WPP, where he is now the Chief AI Officer. Amongst his many technology investments, Daniel is also Founder and CEO of the World's first commercial research organisation to understand Machine Consciousness, Conscium. With over 25 years academic experience with AI, Daniel received his Masters and Doctorate in AI at UCL. He was previously Director of UCL’s Applied AI Masters Programme, where he is now UCL’s Computer Science Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Daniel is also an Impact Board Member of St Andrew’s University Computer Science department, focused on using AI to solve business and social problems.
