For one day only, join us in person at the BFI Southbank for a blockbuster event packed with exclusive previews, star performances, and behind-the-scenes insights into the future of data-driven marketing. From the opening credits to the final scene, you’ll experience:

Please note: Apteco Live 2025 will be an in-person only event. There will be no online streaming available this year, so we encourage all delegates to join us at the BFI Southbank in London to experience the full day live. Selected sessions will be recorded and shared after the event.

🎟️ Important booking information*

To be part of Apteco Live 2025 at the BFI Southbank, booking is essential. All seats must be reserved through our official Eventbrite page, and we’re committed to making sure places are shared fairly between our valued partners and clients.

To keep things balanced, each organisation can book up to five in-person tickets. Seats will be released on a first-come, first-served basis – so when registration opens, be ready to grab your spot early!

📩 Invitations have been sent to our partners and direct customers, along with the event password and access codes to unlock registration. If you license Apteco software via a partner then please contact them for the details.

Please note: all attendees must hold a valid Apteco software licence at the time of the event (with the exception of special guests). If demand exceeds capacity, we’ll operate a waiting list to give everyone a fair shot at joining the action.
