Apteco Software Licence (ASL)
The Apteco Software Licence (ASL) sets out the terms that apply when you use Apteco software and associated services. It defines your responsibilities as a licence holder, and the commitments we make to you. This is the current agreement used for all new Apteco contracts.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
The Apteco Data Processing Agreement (DPA) explains how Apteco processes and protects personal data on your behalf. It sets out our responsibilities as a data processor, the measures we put in place to keep data secure, and the obligations that apply when we handle personal information for you.
End User Licence Agreement (EULA)
This End User Licence Agreement (EULA) is provided for customers who originally licensed Apteco software under our previous terms. All new Apteco contracts now use the Apteco Software Licence (ASL), which replaces the EULA for future agreements.
