Brittany Ferries, the leading ferry line for cross Channel and UK/Spain sailings, is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Apteco’s partner Anaylin, the digital, crm and data management consultancy to provide a customer and analytical database and communications platform to its customers and prospects.
Brittany Ferries is looking to develop a digitally-led and insight driven customer strategy and Anaylin were selected following a pitch to support this journey.
Anaylin has migrated the customer database from another supplier and built a slicker, more flexible and integrated database engine and broadcasting capability utilising the Apteco FastStats software and Pure360.
In addition, Anaylin has assisted Brittany Ferries in developing a more customer focused direct communications strategy that really leverages customer information from all its customer–facing channels. This strategy, combined with the database environment, is all set and ready to support Brittany Ferries’ digital aspirations.
