As part of our 20th anniversary celebrations, this year’s award competition will take place at the iconic Royal Institution in London - a venue synonymous with discovery, creativity and pioneering ideas.

We’re looking for organisations that are pushing boundaries with data, analytics and automation - delivering measurable impact, solving complex challenges and driving meaningful change.

Be recognised by your peers
Finalists will be showcased at Apteco Live 2026 through a short pre-recorded video presentation.
On the day, the audience becomes part of the judging. Delegates will cast their votes alongside our judging panel, helping to decide the overall winner.
The entry with the highest combined score will be crowned live on stage as part of our 20th anniversary celebration.

- Entries must be based on projects or results achieved within the past 12–18 months using licensed Apteco software
- All entrants must hold a valid Apteco software licence on 12 November 2026
- One entry per Apteco system is permitted

- Entry deadline: 5pm, Friday 25 September 2026
- Finalists announced: Monday 5 October 2026
- Winner revealed: Apteco Live 2026, Thursday 12 November
- Venue: Royal Institution, London

- Entries will be scored by a panel of Apteco judges who will award up to 50 points based on innovation, insight and impact
- The highest-scoring entries will be shortlisted and featured at Apteco Live 2026
- Delegates will then vote on the day, contributing up to a further 50 points

- The entry with the highest combined score will be crowned the winner
- The author(s) of the winning entry will each receive a pair of Sony wireless noise cancelling headphones (worth £329)
- Runner-up entries will each receive a bottle of Champagne
