In 2026, Apteco Live reaches an exciting milestone - our 20th anniversary. For two decades we’ve brought together marketers, data experts, innovators and the wider Apteco community for a day of inspiration, learning and connection.

This year, we’re marking the occasion in a truly fitting venue: the Royal Institution, home of scientific discovery, creativity and pioneering ideas. Expect a day filled with energy, insight and a scientific twist as we reflect on how far we’ve come - and look ahead to the future of intelligent, data driven marketing.

Please note: Apteco Live 2026 will be an in-person only event. There will be no online streaming available this year, so we encourage all delegates to join us in London to experience the full day live. Selected sessions will be recorded and shared after the event.

Registration

Seats are limited - once registration opens you will need to book your ticket to be part of Apteco Live 2026!*

🎟️ Important booking information*

To be part of Apteco Live 2026 at the Royal Institution, booking is essential. All seats must be reserved through our official Eventbrite page, and we’re committed to making sure places are shared fairly between our valued partners and clients.

To keep things balanced, each organisation can book up to five in-person tickets. Seats will be released on a first-come, first-served basis – so when registration opens, be ready to grab your spot early!

Invitations will be sent to our partners and direct customers in September, along with the event password and access codes to unlock registration. If you license Apteco software via a partner then please contact them for the details.

Please note: all attendees must hold a valid Apteco software licence at the time of the event (with the exception of special guests). If demand exceeds capacity, we’ll operate a waiting list to give everyone a fair shot at joining the action.

Getting there

Entrance: The visitor entrance to the Royal Institution is on Albemarle Street and is accessible via double doors.

By Tube: The Royal Institution is a five-minute walk from Green Park station, which is on the Jubilee, Victoria and Piccadilly lines. Also within a ten-minute walking distance is Piccadilly Circus station, on the Piccadilly and Bakerloo lines, or Oxford Circus station on the Victoria, Central and Bakerloo lines.
