The latest updates in Orbit Connect make managing your data model more flexible and powerful.
Custom attributes let you store additional information directly on contact records - whether for an individual or a specific contact point such as email or phone. Unlike User Defined Tables (UDTs), these attributes integrate seamlessly into your main data model, ensuring all updates from any data source are reflected in a single, up-to-date version.
Permissions and suppressions give you full control over contact preferences. Permissions allow communication through specific channels, while suppressions prevent contact entirely. And because the system maintains a full history, compliance is tracked and safeguarded every step of the way.
You can now connect to Amazon Redshift as a data source, expanding your options alongside PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and SQL Server. This enables flexible, large-scale data integration, letting you pull Redshift data directly into your Orbit environment. Additionally, Orbit Connect now supports creating both Customer Data Tables (CDTs) and User Defined Tables (UDTs), giving you more versatility in structuring and managing your data.
The latest analytics enhancements in Orbit and FastStats are designed to bring real-world decision-making power to your data.
Get ready for actionable insights at a glance! Profile tiles in Orbit dashboards give you instant, visual insight into what makes any audience stand out. Compare your selected analysis group against your wider customer base, surfacing the attributes that truly define your segment - ideal for smarter targeting, richer personas, and uncovering opportunities you might otherwise miss. Choose between high-level Summary profiles that highlight the most over- or under-indexed variables, or Detailed profiles that dive into specific categories to pinpoint which values are driving predictive behaviour. Display Index, PWE, confidence intervals, market penetration, and analysis base comparisons - with flexible layouts, intuitive colour cues, and clear value labels.
In FastStats, pattern match analysis has been supercharged! Specifying the relative or percentage difference in a numeric pattern range can now be relative to any previous transaction and not just the one immediately before, giving you far greater control when analysing sequences and behavioural journeys. The introduction of relative dates as ordering values means you can now run scheduled tasks, automate campaigns, or explore a person’s behaviour around milestones, without manual intervention. You can also set a minimum number of days between transactions to define minimum gaps, enforce consistent intervals, or specify exact regularity between transactions. It’s a major boost in flexibility, making transactional analysis more powerful, more automated, and more aligned with real customer behaviour.
The latest developments to targeting give you far more precision and control over who makes the list - and in what priority.
N-Per limits already help you manage distribution across categories, so you don’t accidentally over- or under-represent any one group in your campaign; now you can take that a step further with custom ordering for nominal categories, ensuring your highest-value groups are always picked first. Prioritise towns, regions, mobile providers - whatever matters most. Once your priority list is filled, Orbit automatically completes the remainder with the next available values, all working seamlessly alongside your existing targeting rules. In practice, you’re handing the system your “VIP list” for each category, making your audience smarter, more strategic, and always aligned with your goals.
You’ll also get sharper insight with measure and dimension filtering on charts and cubes. This lets you refine the underlying data behind each metric for more precise analysis inside audience workbooks. To make analysis and data sharing easier, you can now export full datasets from cubes and tables - even when the on-screen view is limited by category or value thresholds. This works across both dashboards and audience workbooks.
And finally, the expression builder in Orbit now supports the latest FastStats expressions, backed by improved validation checks for greater accuracy and confidence when crafting advanced logic.
The latest campaign enhancements are all about speed, clarity, and smarter execution.
Journey templates give you ready-to-use, fully customisable journeys complete with previews, descriptions, and helpful links - ideal for getting started fast or scaling complex activity. You can also build and save your own templates, creating a reusable library tailored to your team’s needs.
Upload unique voucher codes, personalise your messages, monitor usage and keep your campaigns running smoothly. Just drop your CSV or TXT files into Orbit. Once they’re in, you can reference those codes throughout the journey builder and deliver personalised incentives. You’ll be able to see availability at a glance and track usage automatically which means cleaner oversight, and fewer surprises when you're pushing time-sensitive promotions.
With Google Ads integration, you can now connect your ad account, push audience segments directly into Google campaigns, and manage multiple client accounts from one place. It streamlines setup and keeps your advertising activity aligned with the rest of your marketing.
And finally, get more transparent reporting and clearer insights with bot-click detection in the campaign overview. Separate real engagement from automated noise, improve channel performance analysis, and make smarter optimisation decisions.
